PTI offers Service Contracts providing you with peace of mind concerning the infrastructure of your data center or other mission critical facility functions. Our service contracts include, but are not limited to; the following:

  • Inspection of all monitoring equipment

  • 24/7 Tech Support

  • 24 hour Phone Support

  • Tightening electrical connections on all PCB's and field devices

  • Checking Temperature/Humidity readings and verifying them with the Customer

  • Checking Amperage/Voltage/Temperature readings and calibrating

  • Repairing any defective equipment found during testing

  • Replacing any defective hardware modules

  • Providing the Customer with documentation of equipment operating parameters and working values

  • Providing the Customer with a report on equipment testing and results

  • Providing onsite operator training on hardware and software twice a year

  • Provide software upgrades as they become available

  • Provide software support, graphical changes, and modifications

  • Provide alarming updates, changes, and clarifications

  • Backup databases and store in secure site

  • Provide evaluation of Battery Monitoring Data Reports
