We have been dealing with Predictive Technology for about 16 years now and couldn’t be more pleased with the Customer Service. From the initial system install, upgrades, component replacement and just general calls for related information, I just make a quick call and have anything I need in a very fast timeframe, mostly within minutes. The President of the company, Tim Wilson, gives you the feeling of calling a friend rather than the large corporations that keep just passing you on from line to line. Tim is very knowledgeable of the products he represents and will go out of his way to get you taken care of.
