Professional Level Technicians

PTI Solutions has always provided installed solutions that work, and they stand behind their products. They have professional level technicians that take pride in their work and the way that the system is installed. I had PTI install a Cell Watch system on all three of the UPS systems at my site. There were 60 wet cell jars per UPS that were all monitored by Cell Watch. After having success with the Cell Watch system on the wet cell batteries we decided to also install them on our generator starter batteries. This allowed us to have automated alerts sent for any of the critical batteries on site to technicians immediately. PTI Solutions was always willing to assist with any troubleshooting. The system had very few problems over the years but if anything needed a technician to come out and resolve it in person they were always ready to send someone to make sure it was fixed properly. PTI Solutions in my opinion has been willing to go the extra step to be not only a vendor but a great partner for battery monitoring systems. I would recommend them to others for any projects that need to use battery monitoring.
