Freight
All online orders will ship via standard ground freight. For rush orders, please contact our office directly.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase. The refunded amount will include freight but WILL NOT include the credit card processing fee.
To cancel, please contact our office during normal business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CT) at 402-592-4259 or by email at [email protected]. Please have your order number ready.
If an order cancellation is requested after the 48-hour time frame, it is at the discretion of PTI on how to proceed.
Item Returns
All returns will be subject to a restocking and administrative fee. The restocking fee will be determined by the manufacturer of the product. The administrative fee will be 2.5%.
For any damaged items, there is a different process so please contact our office. Returns are analyzed on a case-by-case basis and are dependent on the manufacturer’s policies. For the specific policies for each manufacturer, please visit their website.
